Refund Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains when and how Test Company Ltd refunds orders. It does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Before delivery

If your order has not been delivered yet (for example it is waiting for a security check), you can cancel it by emailing info@example.com or using the live chat. We refund the full amount.

2. Delivered codes and top-ups

Our Products are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Delivered codes and sent top-ups therefore cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

3. Faulty codes

A code is faulty if the issuer rejects it as invalid or already used, and you did not redeem or share it.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Write to info@example.com or use the live chat within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the code concerned and a screenshot of the error message from the issuer.
  3. We confirm receipt within one business day and check the code with the issuer, usually within 5 business days.
  4. If the code is faulty, we send a replacement code or, if you prefer or no replacement is available, refund you.

5. Refund method and timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) in the currency you paid, within 14 days of our decision. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show the refund. Orders paid with wallet credits are refunded as wallet credits. Orders we cannot deliver are refunded in full automatically within 14 days.

6. What we cannot refund

  • Codes bought for the wrong country or brand.
  • Top-ups sent to a valid number that you entered by mistake.
  • Codes that were redeemed, or shared with someone else, including scammers.
  • Wallet credits (see the Credits Policy).

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank, so we can solve the problem quickly. How we handle disputes and chargebacks is described in section 13 of our Terms & Conditions.
