AML & Fraud Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Test Company Ltd does not allow its services to be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion. This policy explains the controls we apply and what they mean for you as a customer.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all products sold on testdomen.site: gift cards, game vouchers, mobile top-ups and wallet credits, and to all customers, employees and partners of Test Company Ltd.
2. Risk-based approach
Prepaid products can be misused to move value. We assess the risk of each customer and order and apply stronger checks where the risk is higher, for example for high order values, many orders in a short time, mismatched countries, or payment methods with a higher fraud rate.
3. Customer due diligence
- Customers must create an account with a valid email address and confirm they are 18 or older and live in the EEA or the United Kingdom.
- We compare the country of the customer, the IP address, the payment card and the product.
- Where required by law or by our risk assessment, we ask for identity verification through a regulated verification provider before delivering an order.
- We may refuse a customer or order without giving a reason where the law prevents us from explaining.
4. Limits and monitoring
- Order values and the number of orders per customer and per card are limited and monitored.
- Orders that trigger fraud or money-laundering rules are held for manual review before delivery, for up to 24 hours.
- Chargebacks, refused payments and repeated failed attempts are tracked and can lead to account closure.
5. Sanctions and prohibited jurisdictions
We do not provide services to persons or entities on EU, UK or UN sanctions lists, or to customers in: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba. Access from these countries is blocked, and orders from them are refused.
6. Record keeping
We keep customer, order and payment records, and the results of any checks, for at least five years after the business relationship ends, or longer where the law requires.
7. Reporting
Where we suspect money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud, we report it to the competent authorities in Test Country and may freeze the related codes, credits and accounts. We are not allowed to tell the customer about such a report.
8. Staff and partners
Staff who handle orders are trained to recognise suspicious activity. Our payment providers and voucher suppliers apply their own regulated anti-money-laundering controls.
