Ordering
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. An account lets us send your codes and invoices securely and keep them available for you later. Registration takes less than a minute and only needs your email address and a password.
How do I choose the right country?
Use the country button at the top of the page. Choose the country your account with the brand is registered in (for example, the country of your Steam or PlayStation account), not necessarily where you live. Codes for one country do not work in another.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. The code is emailed to you and you can forward it. Make sure the recipient’s account is registered in the country shown on the product.
Is there a minimum or maximum order?
There is no minimum order. For security, very large orders may need an extra check before delivery.
Delivery
How fast will I get my code?
By email, normally within 24 hours of payment. Until then your order shows as “Awaiting delivery”. Some orders are checked for fraud first, which can take longer.
I haven’t received my code. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is still missing, open My account → Orders and click “Email codes again”, or contact support after 24 hours with your order number.
When does a mobile top-up arrive?
Top-ups are sent directly to the phone number, normally within 24 hours. You receive a confirmation email with the reference number.
Does delivery cost anything?
No. Delivery is digital and always free.
Codes and redemption
How do I redeem my code?
Every brand has its own redeem page. See Redeeming your code for step-by-step guides for the most popular brands.
The brand says my code is invalid.
Most often the account is registered in a different country than the code. Check the account country, then try again. If it still fails, send us the order number and a screenshot of the error and we will check the code with the issuer.
Do codes expire?
Most codes do not expire. Some issuers set their own validity, which is shown on their website.
Someone asked me to pay with a gift card. Is that safe?
No. Government offices, banks, utilities and real companies never ask for payment in gift cards. If someone asks you to buy a code and send it to them, it is a scam. Contact us before you buy.
Payments and security
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and wallet credits.
Is my card safe?
Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS compliant payment provider and authenticated with 3-D Secure. We never see or store your full card details.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Euro (EUR), Pound sterling (GBP), Polish złoty (PLN), Czech koruna (CZK), Swedish krona (SEK), Danish krone (DKK), Norwegian krone (NOK), Hungarian forint (HUF), Romanian leu (RON), Swiss franc (CHF). Choose your currency at the top of the page; the total at checkout is what you pay.
Will I be charged again later?
No. Every purchase is a one-off payment. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.
Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the code has not been delivered yet. Once a code is delivered, digital content cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
What if a code is faulty?
Contact us within 30 days with the order number and the error message. If the issuer confirms the code was invalid and unused, we replace it or refund you. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Account and wallet
Where do I find my invoices?
Under My account → Orders. Click Invoice next to an order to print it or save it as a PDF.
How do wallet credits work?
Top up any amount from €5, cents included. 1 credit = €0.01, so €10.52 gives 1,052 credits. Spend them at checkout on any product. Credits are not money and cannot be refunded or withdrawn.
How do I change my password?
Go to My account → Account & password. If you forgot it, use “Lost your password?” on the sign-in page.
How do I change my cookie settings?
Click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
